Three things.
The building's water was off today - routine tank and pipe cleaning, with several days' notice, it wasn't a problem, just an inconvenience. I filled up several water bottles and was fine. I also filled up a bucket for hand-washing, and there's something to say about how my first thought about finding out the water would be off for the day wasn't thirst, but washing my hands. Nearly two years in, and it's still startling how the adjustments are consciously realized.
I also learned it takes at least three cups of coffee to get myself feeling motivated and something other than weary and depressed. This is a data point I'm going to have to keep track of for the future.
Also, my left knee isn't as healed up as I thought it was, because doing some dumbbell squats has it upset with me again.
