Scream your name.
When the land line rang, I mostly picked up because I was expecting my dad to call. What I got was clearly some sort of spam call, a lot of background noise and someone pronouncing everything badly when they asked for me by name.
I was still flying high on an espresso, so I blurted out the first thing that I could think of: "YOU'RE NOT MY DAD!"
"Well, no, I'm not..."
"I have to hang up now. Good-bye."
I didn't stay on to hear his response, but I hope he's sharing this, too.

Back when AT&T was particularly tenacious about telemarketing, I told the guy on the phone that very, very bad things would happen if I changed the phone service. (This said in a low, quavering voice because I was sick and had just dealt with my kid having a melt-down.) He said, "Oh!" and they never called again. :-D
