Throwing this out there.

I have an assignment asking me to talk to people over 40 about the shift in technology in the office-based workplace. Anyone willing to spend about 20 minutes answering a few questions?

Assuming an email thing, if a random UK person over 40 would be useful, message me?

I'm nearing 60 and have worked in offices my adult life, and would be willing to answer questions. would this be via a web survey, e-mail or telephone?

I haven't worked recently, but I did library work from late 1984 through 2000. I'd be happy to talk about those changes if that would fit what you're looking for. I was in college 1985-1989, and email for everyone on campus was a really new thing a couple of years in.

If you need another volunteer, I'm 47 and have worked in the same office for the last twenty years.

I haven't worked in an office setting for about five years, but I worked in two different jobs that lasted nearly a decade each where I saw a lot of tech change. (I literally remember explaining the Internet to coworkers who had no idea what I was talking about.)
