Did you watch Rubicon? It was about an intelligence analysist working for a think tank for certain government organizations. FBI, CIA, probably others. The lead and the group he was on mainly worked with/for the CIA. There's some action woven in, but it's all pretty realistic.

I loved it so much. One of my favorite shows ever. It had such a fantastic cast. It wasn't renewed, but the season finale gave a satisfactory end to the season-long arc. I highly recommend it.
