The 'wintry mix' forecast for tonight still hasn't shown up. And me being me, I'm ready for it to hurry up and get here.
Tomorrow I head into New Jersey for an appointment with a career counselor, the same one I've met twice before who keeps calling me "Heather." I'm going to bring my MP3 player for the bus ride and force myself to be polite and understanding even when she forgets my name and speaks in circles. Last week when I vented my frustrations to my dad and told him she probably doesn't have much experience working with people like me, he said he knows she's worked with people who've gotten Master's degrees. And I didn't have the heart to correct him and say that wasn't what I meant.
In other news, I came across a video today that had me doubling over laughing. It's funny in general, it's funnier if you're a fan of carbonized soft drinks or Supernatural, and it's funniest if you're part of the crossover between those two demographics, so in case you are - Trickster snap!
