On waiting.

The problem with getting an upswing when it gets dark is that it makes going to bed that much more difficult. I spent about three hours this afternoon tightly wound, stessed and upset the way I almost never get during the day even in big lecture classes - I couldn't focus on much of anything and the major reason I kept still was because I was forcing myself that way so I wouldn't hurt anything. Then it started to get dark, and I started to feel better right when I saw the sunset. So I hit the gym, cooked and ate dinner, and finished the volunteer writing piece. Now I'm more upbeat - still wound, but in a good way, like I shot an espresso on an empty stomach.

No work on job searching or cover letters or e-mails or phone calls, but I'm in a position where I know I can work on all of that tomorrow. Just as soon as I calm down enough to go to bed.
