Advice-seeking.

Before I go make some tea to calm down enough so I can enjoy Doctor Who, I'm curious to know if anyone has any advice on making this letter to DreamWidth support staff a little more accessible to them, because I haven't been able to communicate this issue to people who are ostensibly trying to listen to me.

Hello. I'm writing to you in regards to DreamWidth's current site schemes; specifically, if you're going to create any more. I'm very eager to make use of the resources available to me with my DreamWidth account, but am currently unable to do so due to difficulties with the navigating through the site.

All three three site schemes available - Tropospherical, Celerity and Gradation, and Lynx - are very difficult for me to figure out and their displays make reading the pages distracting and frustrating. I would very much enjoy using the website, but because of the way it is set up, cannot do so.

In particular, I'm hoping to find there are plans to implement a site scheme with in-line menus at the top of the page. I've taken a screencap of my Livejournal account to illustrate, here.

If there is anything like this coming along in the future, I would love to know. If there isn't, I hope this changes soon.

Best,
Hannah

This is like trying to describe the color between "red" and "blue" without having the word "purple" in my vocabulary.
