Just like a feeling.

As the rapid test came back negative, the mild congestion, faint nausea, and lowered levels of energy could be pretty much anything. Thankfully, I don't have anywhere I need to be tomorrow, so if I do less than planned, I won't have to be around other people to not do anything. I'll keep pressing various fluids and try to be patient.

In other news, I've found that emulsified feta and frozen spinach can make something I can only describe as spanakopita pasta, and I think I've found a new winter go-to recipe when the markets are at their most anemic. Frozen, dried, and canned are always in season.

glad you don't hve to do anything tomorrow, but hopefully you're feeling better soon!

that pasta sounds easy & tasty (both winners with me) - I grew up eating canned or frozen spinach, as fresh wasn't seen in stores so much when I was a kid. frozen always tasted better, but mom bought whatever was cheaper, and with a little lemon juice the canned was ok.
