Easy pressure.
Today's time to give a pint of blood was five minutes and thirty-seven seconds, which means taking the stairs is slowly paying off. My iron was 14.1, which means iron-fortified cereal as a snack option is working nicely.
I told the nurse I hadn't traveled overseas and hadn't had any new sexual partners, which made her laugh, so that was a pleasant thing to also happen.
Not so pleasant was finding a mask kept my face warm, but left my ears cold enough to want a scarf or hat. I think I've got an ear-covering headband in my apartment somewhere that should work - there's not a lot of headgear that can cover my ears and also manage to cope with my hair, so I might as well try something different to see if that works.
