Heat developments.
My thanks to everyone who offered advice yesterday. I've taken it into account and won't be renewing.
It's hit July and in between the fans and cold drinks, I still haven't turned the AC on yet this summer. I've wanted to a few times, and haven't gotten around to it yet. I may do so at some point, but if I make it to the end of August without using it, I figure it's a solid net positive for my general well-being. Also my electric bill.
