Thursday cheer.
Waiting for the elevator, I overheard someone say he was thinking of making dirty rice and fish. He asked the man with him, has he ever made dirty rice?
He'd dropped some on the ground, he said, though that's not the kind of dirty he was after, and they both laughed.
Then I said, "I've made ugly rice," and he really enjoyed that.
