This is one of those days of bad sleep, and too much of it, working to make baking two loaves of pear and chocolate bread my major accomplishment. I don't have much in the way of plans for tomorrow other than to continue the better half of the day and make some apple bread. Whether or not it'll include chocolate remains to be seen, in one or both loaves.

Tonight, though, it's hit the time to call it in.
