Seasonal notes.

Today was the first day it felt cold. I usually take off my mask when I'm biking in the park, but today I kept it on for the slight insulation. The heat's been on in the building for a while now, and it's getting to where I want to turn it on in my apartment. Though I'll spend a while with slippers and a house robe first.

It belatedly occurs to me that for all the trouble I've had with online portals and digital medical records, if I remain concerned about my knee, the best course of action should be to not bother with any of that and just call.

I did the same this past week, put my mask back on for walks because it made my face warmer!
