I fell on the bike again today, also trying to get a glimpse of the trains running underground. So it's my left hip and my left ankle that are giving me some aches - in addition to a small whine from my right knee from bad form on a shoulder press a while ago.

At this point, unless I'm on foot, I'm going to give the trains a pass, and move to PT routines for the next few evenings.
