I didn't get much writing done today. That isn't good, but it isn't bad, either, not as bad as it could be. Yesterday I sat down and worked out tasks and chores for the days of the week to make my assorted nebulous responsibilities less ephemeral and more concrete. I knew it'd be a busy evening what with Simhat Torah, so I didn't put 'writing' down for today.
Any writing I get done is good. Some days it's just a paragraph, and it's still more than what I had when I started.
Working out the week - things like going to the gym, what job-hunting tasks for which days, PT scheduling - has, at least so far, helped me not feel so wound up tight. It was so blindingly obvious I should've put on sunglasses.
